Introduction:

BRAINREVELOCITY was requested to design and implement a proprietary government hospital healthcare management system. The main requirement is to enhance current operational processes and manual procedures by replacing existing systems and digitalize the hospital management environment to enhance efficiency in service delivery, improve OPEX & CAPEX, scalability, security, and processes enforcement

 

 

Background:

Currently the hospitals which are inter-dependent are running multiple silo systems with inadequate capacity to effectively monitor the operations of various service delivery points. The resulting financial and operational challenges have led to the realization of having a complete Hospital Management Information System (HMS) with a cashless payment module or system

 

 

Project Scope:

The hospital management system covering all processes done in the hospital. It handles Financial, OPD, IPD and Consultation, Patient queues, Theatre and Ward, Medical, Surgery, Laboratory Inventory and Order, Transport, Pharmacy Inventory, Emergency Bed management including auxiliary services:
