What this site collects
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to send through the contact form on the Contact page: your name, work email, company (optional), area of interest (optional), and your message. There are no accounts, no login, and no newsletter sign-ups.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and to keep the business records of that conversation. As the form itself states: by submitting it, you agree that BrainRevelocity may use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry.
How form submissions are processed
Contact-form submissions are processed by our form provider, Formspree. The live form endpoint is currently being finalized; this section will be updated when the production form is connected. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to its processing of submissions on our behalf.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not run analytics tools, advertising trackers, or non-essential cookies. We do not build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain related business records, and we delete it when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate this site (currently the form provider named above), or when required by law.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at privacy@brainrevelocity.com and we will respond.
Changes to this policy
If how we collect or use information changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
