A CTO for the AI era — without the full-time hire.
BrainRevelocity puts a senior technology executive inside your business: AI strategy that ships, engineering leadership your team trusts, and governance your board accepts.

Built for the moment a part-time technologist stops being enough.
You do not need another advisor with a slide deck. You need someone who has carried the decisions — architecture, hiring, security, AI investment — and can carry them inside your company, part-time.
Founders & CEOs
You are past the stage where technology runs on heroics. You need senior judgment on architecture, build-vs-buy, hiring, and AI — before the wrong bet gets expensive.
Growth-stage & PE-backed operators
The board wants an AI plan, the team needs direction, and diligence is coming. Get a CTO-level operator who has sat in board meetings and been through acquisitions on both sides.
Teams under AI pressure
Everyone is experimenting, nothing is shipping safely. Turn scattered pilots into governed, permission-aware AI that survives security review and actually gets used.
Executive ownership across the four decisions that shape a technology organization.
AI strategy that ships
Cut through the pilot graveyard. Prioritize use cases by business value, stand up data and access foundations, ship copilots and agents, and put governance in place that security teams accept.
Engineering leadership
Set technical direction, review architecture, coach leads, fix delivery cadence, and make build-vs-buy and hiring decisions with someone who has run engineering organizations for 25 years.
Security & governance
Own the uncomfortable questions early: identity, permissions, data handling, vendor risk, and AI policy — so growth does not create the incident that defines the company.
Board-ready operating cadence
Translate technology into the language leadership uses: roadmaps, investment cases, risk registers, and measurable outcomes reported on a rhythm executives trust.
Start with a sprint. Stay for the operating rhythm.
Every engagement is scoped after an intro call — but most follow one of three shapes, designed to create momentum fast and compound over time.
CTO Assessment Sprint
A senior-level audit of architecture, team, delivery health, security posture, and AI readiness. You get findings, risks, and a sequenced 90-day roadmap — the same starting point every engagement needs.
90-Day AI & Platform Roadmap
Fractional leadership to execute the roadmap: stand up AI governance, ship the first governed agents, stabilize delivery, and set the operating cadence your team keeps after the quarter ends.
Ongoing Fractional CTO
A standing technology executive: weekly leadership cadence, architecture and vendor decisions, team coaching, board reporting, and continuous AI advancement — without the full-time hire.
Led by an operator who has shipped what others only advise on.
Fractional CTO engagements are led personally by Moti Mizrahi, Co-Founder & CEO of BrainRevelocity — and backed by the firm's delivery team, so strategy never stalls waiting for execution capacity.
- 25 years leading technology organizations, including 13 years at Cisco Systems.
- CTO roles across fintech, nonprofit, and services — owning roadmap, security policy, strategy, and investment decisions.
- Shipped in-house AI systems: agentic software delivery, data validation, QA checks, AWS infrastructure-as-code, customer support, and knowledge agents.
- Active board participation and acquisition experience on both the buy side and the sell side.
- Operator, not advisor: every recommendation is connected to execution through BrainRevelocity’s delivery team.
Fractional CTO, answered.
How is a fractional CTO different from your Virtual CIO / CTO service?
Virtual CIO/CTO engagements lean toward business systems, operations, vendors, and governance. A fractional CTO is product- and engineering-focused: architecture, AI, delivery, and technical teams. Many clients start with one and add the other as needs evolve.
Will you replace our engineering lead or CTO?
No. A fractional CTO typically amplifies the leaders you have — giving them executive context, decision structure, and air cover. If you have no technical leader at all, the engagement can include standing up that function.
How much of your time do we get?
It depends on the model. A sprint is intensive and time-boxed. Ongoing engagements run on a weekly cadence — leadership sessions, async decision support, and availability for the moments that matter — scoped to what the business actually needs.
Who is this not for?
Companies that need full-time, day-to-day management of a large engineering org, or teams looking for staff augmentation rather than leadership. If that is the need, we will say so on the first call.
How do we start?
Book an intro call. We will talk through where the business is going, where technology is helping or hurting, and whether a sprint or an ongoing engagement fits. You get a scoped proposal — not a sales process.
Put a CTO in the room where the next big decision gets made.
Tell us where the business is going. We will scope the fastest path to senior technology leadership.
